The Buzz
by ilovepinof
Most days Phil's okay, he’s usually able to pull himself together. Dan had been on tour for several months now, it’s not like being alone was completely foreign to him at this point. And they also call all the time, so it’s not like they’re completely cut off from each other. Yet, being so far from Dan physically felt like the world was truly ending.Phil had spent loads of time creating coping skills with his therapist, he even picked up a few skills from Dan’s book. Yet, even with his coping skills, there’s always a constant buzzing in his brain, this feeling of incompletion kept him up at night. He often spends the tough days trying to find different ways to connect with Dan. Most of his attempts never really help and almost always makes things worse. With the towels, he thought maybe if he tried to make an interior design decision he’d feel similarly to how he felt when designing the house with Dan.
