They’ve wandered through worlds like this before, trailing behind pinpricks of light that are supposed to lead them someplace safe, someplace like home.Once upon a time, home was a cottage in the woods with others like them, a place that turned deadly overnight.Now, home is wherever they choose to pause between realms, all of seven of them too restless to linger too long.Jay’s not sure how long it’ll take for them to leave this one behind. He hasn’t seen the others in days, and the tears between worlds will only stay open so long.
