Foolish was always their father’s favorite. Miyoung was their mother’s favorite. Tina… was not jealous. Jealousy was not fit for a princess, and it was no way to get them to care about her the same way they did her older siblings. But it was hard, seeing them get to have days out of the castle while she stayed in, watching Q struggle to breathe and sleep through weeks of fever. It was hard to be alone, spending time training herself if she could and becoming friends with people who, no matter what, would always put her on a pedestal just because of who her family was.She loved her family. Of course, Tina loved her family. Even if she wasn’t anyone’s favorite, Foolish and Miyoung always made time for her, and they would talk late at night and go out collecting supplies together after their father died.It felt like such a terrible thing, to be glad that he was dead. Dead men had no favorites, after all, and Foolish seemed happier than ever now that he got to be the king.Everyone loved him.Tina was not jealous.Warnings in the tags ^^
