For he hadn’t noticed just how bad his heart aches for Hal, until the ache had just now been filled.-- -- --A short, rambling fic about Solid Snake and Otacon being hoplessly in love while simultaneously both not knowing how to express it and not knowing what love is 'supposed to feel like', all wrapped up with a 'tactical espionage action' bow.
