Summary
To end the war between the Aesir and the Vanir, hostages were exchanged. Three of the Vana came to Asgard: Njord, god of the sea, and his children Freyr and Freyja. Though they came to be called the most glorious among the Aesir, it remains that they were far from their own home and people.
