Summary
Pilots Allan, Kathleen, Ryland, and Leah are sent to a Goldilocks planet in the outer zone to test it's viability for potential human colonization. The planet is classified as a Type A, indicating that it has a similar rotation and distance from its sun to Earth, ample greenery and liquids, and no notable hostile lifeforms - in short, a cake walk.Or, it should have been. What they encounter instead is more akin to Eddie Izzard's "cake or death?", and out in another solar system, they're (unsurprisingly) all out of cake.
