His father, of course, forbids him from leaving, claiming that it's much too dangerous to venture out, and that the sounds are caused by monsters that live in the forest. It seems that fate has decided to give him a break when a potential guide randomly climbs into the tower one day. Tony Stark has his hands full. He has to figure out how to co-rule Corona with Duke Thaddeus Ross, of all people, and at the same time fight as part of a vigilante group dedicated to finding the last rightful heir to the throne, who was taken in the night before he could even be named.
