Okinawa Base

From the very incubation of Operation Eclipse the planners needed a staging point - a place where the navies of the world would meet and become acquainted before the launching of the operation. Eventually, after much debate, the island of Okinawa was selected. It was freely accessible and was a good staging ground for the first part of the operation - the re-conquest of the Pacific.Even as the world's navies sent their emissaries in preparation, the girls in Okinawa knew little of what was coming. This work follows the Imperial Japanese Navy and their ship-girls as they encounter the foreigners.
