Summary
Akira was born in the USA. She was born quirkless despite her parents both having quirks and being on the hero leader board in the US. After her parents were killed in action during a night mission in Japan she was left in the hands of the state where she aged out at the age of 18. Shes trained in archery and close combat when she decides to move to Japan to find out what happened to her parents she needs to finish her senior year somewhere so she gets in on recommendations to UA.
