During her stretches, Ashira happened to look up for a moment. Something dark and shiny was hanging off the corner of her sofa. Intrigued, she got up and went over to inspect the item. Taking it in her hands, a soft smile played on her lips. She brought it up to her face, buried her nose in it and inhaled deeply…blueberries, grass, leather and smoke…she thought wistfully.
It was a leather jacket. One that belonged to her mate, who had been off traveling for work for at least two months. With a look of happiness that could only be rivaled by a chubby toddler, Ashira made a mad dash for the stairs, fangs glinting in the lamp light of her open mouthed smile.
