Summary
The pink light of the sunrise breaks through the gaps of the trees, and TK taps an unsteady beat against the wood grain of the fence, smooth with age. Despite the lightheartedness of their morning, Carlos sighs next to him, a telltale sign that things are not as okay as he's been insisting. He looks tired and weathered and tense along his shoulders, and yet he's so, so beautiful, and he doesn't deserve any of this.
