Summary
It didn’t take much to lock down the tower. There were new safeguards that were actually helping him. Code Robin. He didn’t know what it meant, but it locked down the tower to only allow in Robin and Nightwing until they were out. Unfortunately for the new Robin, it was coded as Robin and Nightwing, not their civilian names. That meant that Jason’s credentials still worked, and enacting Code Robin still let him into the tower. All he had to do was wait for the little bird to come walking back into the tower, and then hope that he could finish this before Nightwing got here.
