Freezer Burn

“I said I’m sorry,” Kirishima plead, burying his face in his gloved hands to stay warm. Bakugou was pacing circles in the small mountain cave, irritation keeping him from sitting still.  He rubbed his hands up and down on his arms trying to produce some extra heat, shivering as he did so.  “Why did Kaminari even come?  Weren’t you losers planning on this being some double date or whatever?”  Misguidedly, he had let Deku, Pink Cheeks, and Kirishima talk him into a group ski trip; something he would never let happen again. “You know how he gets,” Kirishima replied softly, “Kaminari just doesn’t like getting left out and when he heard us talking about it, it was hard to tell him he couldn’t come.”  The red head moved from his spot at the back of the cave to Bakugou’s side, pulling him in close.  “Can’t you just explode us a fire?  There’s some twigs and leaves in here.” Bakugou narrowed his scarlet eyes at the giant idiot next to him.  “Do you not get how my quirk works  at all?”  he growled.  “I need  sweat .  I’m too damn cold to try and produce any sweat to create an explosion.  This is why I hate the cold.  My quirk is completely ineffective.”
