Fenris tore out of the escape pod, his pulse punching through his veins so quickly that he felt his suit struggle to adjust. She'd promised him she'd be in the escape pod after him. The ship only had three, and she had to get Bela out of the cockpit. The stubborn Asari refused to leave the Siren, but had insisted that he take Luca and go. He'd had to bodily throw the biotic into the pod as she tried to use her power to hold the ship together- a vain hope, noble, but ultimately Fenris cared more about her life than the fucking ship.
