Summary
Goro couldn’t really pinpoint the last time he left Tokyo. His busy lifestyle never allowed him the luxury to travel outside the city. There was some sort of child-like excitement to it, of course, Goro wouldn’t really admit it. He was told that Sumaru isn't as big as Tokyo but he would definitely feel the difference. And that excited him, with a pinch of nervousness. He could let himself loosen up a bit, he should. Right? However, Akira and he are not just going on a vacation. We are talking about a family visit.
“Don’t think about it too much," Akira whispered against Goro’s shoulder. “I know we’ll have a fun dinner.”
Goro could just heave a sigh.
