Summary
Quackity is having a mental breakdown at the top of the Eiffel Tower until he spots a stranger at the bottom of the building, looking at him. Spooked, Quackity decides to throw a flowerpot near them to make them leave, not expecting that the stranger would position themselves below the object he just threw. Long story short, Quackity ends up taking care of DreamXD, who decided to become a "baby" to annoy the shit out of the one who threw the object at him while they were being dramatic.
