Summary
Miroku watched with Sango as Hisui fell on the ice, Rin trying to teach the boy to skate. But the events that happened on the rink brought a new person into everyone's lives and brought up some old pain that Miroku didn't like to think of.
They both grimaced as they watched Rin let go of Hisui’s hands and skate backwards just a few steps and Hisui flailed his arms before falling onto his bum. Miroku’s gaze drifted over to see Kohaku and Shippo skating with Kin’u and Gyokuto, the girls each taking the hand of one of the men. Miroku watched as Kohaku lifted Kin’u up onto his shoulders and sped up with Kin’u squealing happily.
