Summary

Jade worries about her brother, and it isn't just because he keeps getting himself physically hurt. She worries about his heart, too.

John likes Karkat a lot, but he worries about himself, sometimes. Worries about things he hasn't said yet, but there's time, right?

Karkat might be an asshole, but that doesn't mean he's incapable of listening, or that he thinks he knows everything. He's learned the hard way that he doesn't. Karkat can also be a sensitive person, when he needs to be, especially when it's someone he cares about.

The hints all seem so small and subtle before he says it, but the words themselves are anything but that. Just because things aren't quite what people expect doesn't mean they're wrong, though, does it?
