He didn't want to get involved with this - with this conspiracy, he didn't want to help Bernard prove that Conner was superboy, he didn't want to get involved with this at all because it was a bad idea-Unfortunately, Tim had never been good at saying no to Bernard. So here he was. Trying to help Bernard prove that Conner was, in fact, Superboy, while also trying desperately to keep the fact that Conner was actually Superboy a secret. Also, his boyfriend seems to have a weird obsession with his best friends' muscles.
