The Legend of Korra: Spirithood - Book 1: Air

A retelling of The Legend of Korra in a way to hopefully make it much more cohesive.Korra is the avatar, the sole protector of peace and order in the world and the only one who can bend the four elements. As the successor to Avatar Aang, one of the most prestigious Avatars to have lived, she has much to learn before being ready to take on his mantle; mostly in the form of finally mastering airbending from the only remaining Airbending master: Tenzin, son of Avatar Aang, however events have transpired to hinder the young avatar's training. Tensions between benders and non benders are at an all time high, especially in Republic city where an insidious group known as the Equalists plots to use the unrest to further their goals. The Equalists have already made their move, and Korra, caught in the middle of it all, must find a way to not only come into her own as an airbender, but as the world's best chance at peace.
