tommyinnit is a chaotic vigilante that always seems to slip out of the grasps of law enforcement and justice. wilbur and technoblade--as siren and blade-- happen to run into him one night, only to have him escape. wilbur's complaints about him caught phil's attention, making the latter want to meet the so-called 'gremlin'. when he does meet him, he realizes just how young tommy is and makes it his, wilbur's, and techno's goal to catch him. that's it, that's the plot.
