Neutral is Where We Left

Cyborg. One of the most notorious villains that had made his appearance for the first time only a few days prior. He was eluding any and all hero investigation. He clearly had an understanding of technology and coding to an extent he could protect himself from any forms of identification. This included IP scrambling, voice modification, and even changing locations every time he taunted the heroes. The villain had given the heroes a deadline. They had exactly 1 week to find him and meet his demands or else he was going to nuke the government. Purpled wasn’t sure exactly what the demands were. Being a new hero in the agency, he wasn’t allowed to be involved in the majority of meetings containing sensitive information on this man. Yet, Purpled’s intrigue peaked and he had a determination to find this man before anyone else. The young hero was known for being stealthy. His ability to create illusions that he could hide behind created the perfect opportunity to gather sensitive information.  Or; Purpled teams up with mercenary Punz and Villain Tommy to take down a larger villain threat.
