Summary
There was a pale white-haired man standing in front of a burning building which Izuku realised was the town hall. Two bodies lay at his feet. In his hands, the man was playing with a white rope that had hung at the gate. He was grinning, teeth unnaturally sharp.He tugged the ends to tighten the knot and the rope became black, letting out a terrifying wave of magic that was distantly familiar to Izuku.
