You Were My New Dream

Catra has lived in the cave since she could remember, with her magical cat-like companion Melog. Melog refuses to leave the cave, so it is up to Catra to provide for them and protect anyone from finding him. She steals food in order to keep them both alive but ends up becoming enamored with one of her marks. Adora shows her kindness, and they both can't help but be drawn to each other. However, their responsibilities keep them apart, Adora preparing for the knighthood and Catra having to take care of Melog. A year later they are reunited when Catra steals from the wrong person, Princess Glimmer of Brightmoon and Adora has to make a choice between duty and following her heart.
