Summary
When asked if he wanted to represent Spain at next year’s Eurovision, Isco did the logical thing and said what any rational person would: hell no. Eurovision is where people with no talent and no appreciation for real music go. Even though Isco’s music has become more and more commercial as the years passed—he has to put food on the table, alright?—he still holds a small shred of dignity that tells him to stay far, far away from the song contest. It’s only when the head of the Spanish Eurovision committee, and who even knew there was an actual committee just to organise their entry every year, tells him he can have total control over his song that Isco stops and asks, “Total control?” The head of the committee, a guy with far too much product in his hair named Sergio Ramos, smiles. “Total control."
