Summary
The Ringmasters control the galaxy. Each Ringmaster is given an entire planet to rule over leaving it's citizens in the mercy of their judgement. Tom Elliot is an excelling student in the Space Academy, Alektra. Privately he's from Nelkil, the worst planet in the galaxy. Tom has an intense hate over the Ringmaster, and the situation only gets worse as he's hate has attracted their attention. Now Tom is forced to spend every waking moment of his life... being enslaved to the Ringmasters for all eternity.
