Summary
Brothers Steve and Shaun Murphy, escaping an abusive home, are struggling to survive. What lies in store for them? The eight stories I have written so far on The Good Doctor were orphaned in 2020, largely due to overwhelming criticism for the way I wrote for an autistic character. I have almost no experience with autistics and do not consider myself any kind of expert. What you are reading is my take on the characters; in particular Shaun Murphy, only as a writer. I do know that autism constitutes a very broad spectrum. If I present an inaccuracy, please keep that in mind.
