Summary
The creation of new gods implies that those gods will soon disappear. Such is the worry of every familiar of the Zodiacs, including myself. When the Thirteenth uses its creation powers to create beings higher than humans, it can offset the balance of the world. Although the Thirteenth could never dream of making anything similar to Zodiacs, it created unrest in many of the elemental sectors. The most prominent of the four was the air signs.ORa sort-of introduction to TZC, before the events of the main story.
