Tim has spent his entire life in the safety of his tank. He's lucky to have such a happy life as a merperson, or so his parents keep telling him. Most of his race are violent, mindless animals, but Tim isn't like them. He has a home, an education, and a family.That is, he did until he became more trouble than he's worth and ended up thrown away into the ocean - an environment Tim doesn't know how to navigate, let alone survive in.Tim had accepted that the ocean would act as his tomb, right before an older male with a red and golden tail saved his life.
