Neon City is the hub of all things super - heroes, villains, vigilantes, you name it. Virgil has never been the type to seek that kind of glory though, and, despite his considerable ability of manipulating light, he makes a living working as a shop assistant in a local grocery store. And he takes the occasional job from heroes and villains alike to help pay the bills, of course.However, when he's hired by a group of three well known heroes to do his biggest job yet, he finds himself pulled ever further into the world of heroes and villains.
