The Doctor and his dearest Regrator

“My dear Regrator, how is it that you’ve lived in Snezhnaya as long as you have and still have such amusing reactions to the weather?” Dottore asks with a condescending smirk that Pantalone would like nothing more than to punch off his face…or kiss, really, either works and he’s not sure which he’d prefer more. Perhaps both. As he’s contemplating this very serious dilemma, Il Dottore suddenly pulls Pantalone close, so that he’s pressed up against Dottore’s chest and wraps him in his coat on top of his own. “Better?” Dottore asks, grinning.
