Summary
What if Basil didn't grab a part of Ratigan's dirigible and fell from the tower with Ratigan. They both end up surviving but Basil lost his memory of who he is and who Ratigan is as well. Ratigan hatches an evil plan to manipulate Basil into thinking he himself is Basil's father after his friends think Basil is dead and Basil's parents are no longer around.
