Summary
The island is beautiful, with birds in the trees and bugs buzzing around, but he doesn’t see or hear any animals skittering through the underbrush. He chalks most of that up to the cliffs around the island as they return to their clearing, but one wrong thing is nudging at his brain.“Did you see any dragons?” he asks Astrid.“No,” she says after a moment. “Not even a Terror. I don’t think I saw or heard a single dragon except ours. Maybe it’s too close to Berk?”
Berk is having trouble adjusting to friendly dragons. Hiccup and Astrid find a new home base for the dragons and their riders, but there’s one thing wrong with it.
