Summary

To live a fairy tale is no small task; for fairy land is as full of witches as it is of magic. This tale was originally conceived merely as me being curious what I could do with the concept of a "Love potion". But is soon progressed into a tragedy, which worked to answer questions such as what is beauty? Can beauty be had without goodness? Can love be had without goodness? Is desiring someone and wanting someone truly the same as loving someone? To the precious few people who may end up reading this, I would be curious of your thoughts on these matters. Does Lord Nelka love Princess Gemwell? Does the character of the witch prove or disprove that beauty and goodness are mutually exclusive? Is the witch actually beautiful? Is she, overall, more beautiful than Princess Gemwell? It is a common notion that fairy land is a land only of fairy tales; and fairy tales are false. The second premise of this logical syllogism is where it should be clearly, completely fraudulent. Whether we acknowledge it or not, life is often much more of a fairy tale than we give it credit for; that is, at least if we have the moral strength to bear the fairy tale. As such, fairy tales are much more than mere stories.
