🕯️ based on page 127 of the wildcat’s claw Devin recounts his supposed “vacation” in Glengavin, where he met Rumfuss the Boar, for a pair of enthusiastic kids as a bedtime story. He treads on eggshells, unwilling to reveal his past as a Conqueror to the children who look up to him, which leads to some awkward feelings when the two begin to regard him as a hero. 🐗 this might be cringe but it doesn’t even matter since this is literally spirit animals fanfiction. i’ve always liked this idea ever since i read the wildcat’s claw, but i never officially wrote anything about it until now. so, please enjoy 🫶
