We Could Have It All

Jordan ran along the country road, gravel slipping under her feet. The rapid crunching noises matched her heartbeat in a crude impersonation of a rhythm. She slid around the corner and sped up, aiming for the small light of a lantern in the middle of the nearby field.“Wait!” she yelled, “Don’t do it!”-Warning: knives, death, betrayal, angst, ptsd, swearing, the usual.So, I finally decided to be brave and post my first WIP, and my original story (so no fandoms- sorry). I really hope someone can give me feedback on it, I know I'm not Shakespeare, and I've never shown anyone before. So, that means I have no idea if people will like it.
