The Emergence of Meta Humans

Before Quirks. Before Meta Abilities. Before a small and short-lived stint with paranormal children, there existed, not too long ago, something called "Meta Humans." This is one of many stories of the birth and beginning of Quirks, even before the use of the word "Quirk." But like all stories, there exist adults who would do anything and everything in their power to manipulate and control others, namely children, to get whatever and whoever they want.
