Summary
As Magnus does his nightly routine of just setting up his sleeping bag, (being homeless cuts down on a lot of time with morning and nightly routines) he ends up having an asthma attack. And, due to not having one in years, it triggers a panic attack as well. The panicking only gets worse when he realizes he has no inhaler whatsoever, so he'll just have to wait it out.
