Summary
Spring is in the air and Rocky is determined to track down the nursing student who had bandaged his wound and checked young Joseph for injuries after being rescued from a collapsed building after the Tornado in September of 1927. An old and familiar problem plagues him, however. His ineptitude and anxiety about dating. Rocky is a well-known hopeless romantic with an emphasis on the hopeless part. Thankfully, his friends and family are there to help! For context, this short story takes place in April of 1928 and several months after the events of "The Streets of Saint Louis" and is the fourth story in my AU's timeline.
