Summary
To err is human, or so they said.Stick-figures were not human. But there was something in them beyond code, something that made them alive, and perhaps that was the same thing. The Chosen One wasn’t quite sure who ‘they’ were who ever said that quote, but it didn’t really matter. People eventually let their guard down. People eventually made mistakes.Which meant: They couldn’t keep him here forever.Or: Chosen gets the hell out of dodge (Rocket Corp.) and takes the kid with him, with all intentions to forget those other children he left behind. At least he now has a overpowered 13 year-old on his side against Victim and his goons. It would help if said kid knew how to use those powers, but they'd get there eventually. They'll be fine. Just as long as a few dangerous secrets, a couple of mercenaries, a colorful group of meddling children, and ghosts from the past stay out of Chosen's way- they'll be fine. What could possibly go wrong?
