A Return to Elsewhere

At the end of Arcane, Ekko sits alone on a rooftop, the weight of his thoughts pressing down on him. In another universe, Powder—Jinx—was still someone he cherished, someone he shared a fleeting moment of beauty with, a moment that lingers in his heart. But in his own world, a year of searching has left him empty-handed, the pursuit of Jinx only leading to dead ends. Has she truly disappeared? Or did she choose to remain lost, out of reach? Now, as Ekko stares into the night, a new possibility dawns. Maybe the answer lies not in the past he's been chasing, but in the world he left behind—a world he once dreamed of, a world where he was free to stay with Powder. Could that universe, the one that felt like home, hold the key to healing his heart? Or is it just another illusion, a dream too far out of reach? In the end, the question remains: Is there truly a way forward, or was the answer always somewhere behind him?
