The next thing that caught his attention were the deep and steady breaths that the actually pretty comfortable weight on his chest was taking, apparently. Sakura frowned slightly in confusion— because since when did that heaviness breathe differently from himself, shouldn’t they be synchronized?

Within a single second, memories from the afternoon and last evening flashed before his inner eye, and in the next one, he was staring at the ceiling with eyes wide open.He gasped quietly as suspicion dawned on him.

A quick glance down his chest confirmed what he’d assumed would be the case. His eyes grew wide with panic as he stared at Suo’s and Nirei’s sleeping figures. Both their heads were resting on each side of Sakura’s chest, while their hands laid in the middle of it, fingers loosely intertwined.
