Summary
Optimus tipped the bottle to his lips, relishing the burn that slithered down his throatpipe. He unceremoniously plopped onto the rolling desk chair in his berth. Outside, he could hear the yelling and running occurring, but as much as he hated to admit it, he didn’t care. And Optimus hated himself for not caring. As much as he wanted himself to get up and throw the bottle away to help with the search, he couldn’t. He couldn’t will himself to get up and do anything but drink himself to death.
