Summary
Bruce wakes up the wind from an open window skimming over his skin.He looks out the window and the buildings across from his hotel are dark. The moon lingers in the sky even as the sunrise peaks up from beyond the horizon.He feels strangely light headed, like he’s been breathing smoke. Which is odd considering he’s in a no-smoking room.Reluctantly he lies back down, and wonders why he feels like he’s been dismissed.
