After a few moments, Okarun returned with the garment and handed it to Momo without even looking at her, causing the girl to automatically frown."Here." he said, handing her the garment.Momo curled her mouth into a grimace. She looked first at the garment and then at Okarun, who seemed to be staring intently at the kitchen window. "Why did you ask then?" she muttered under her breath.He didn't answer, but waved the garment more vigorously in front of her.It was then that three things happened:First, Momo silently contemplated Okarun's profile.Second, behind them, there was a loud clap of thunder in the background, which briefly lit up the kitchen.And third, that was when the fuses seemed to blow, leaving them in darkness.
