Tommyinnit didn’t have powers until recently. And now he’s been cursed or blessed (depends how you see it) with the most powerful powers of all, one of the base 4 elements: Wind.Who knew it would cause so many problems, to the point he is turned criminal vigilante just to be able to train his new found powers?And that comes with its set of whole new problems when he is promptly fostered by the biggest Heroes in town.
