Summary
The tower broke off at the top and came tumbling down, making half of the group shift to the other side to avoid the collision. One of the railings that was giving them all a semblance of safety broke off with the force of the broken tower piece, and both parts fell to the ground.
The shaking of the unstable tower pushed everyone around. Steve was thrown to the unsecured side due to the force and hung on with one hand.
“Steve!” Robin shouted, not being able to do much from her position, but still worried for his life.

Set during the time when Steve was about to fall off the tower. I tried to make it as angsty as possible. Also, it's absolutely crazy that there were no deaths in the finale so this was made to fix that.
