Summary
The story of a bird keeper has been passed down by the heart of Naboo's lake — without using an iron cage, he only uses tenderness to enclose a small world, making the young birds never know that there is a wider world beyond. This is the gentlest, yet also the cruelest form of manipulation.Sheev Palpatine, once a child who listened to the story, has become the bird keeper in the tale.
