Summary
Dr. Park. The mere knowledge of his presence made Emma tense up a bit. It was ridiculous really. Sure he was grumpy and intimidating but her nervous system was acting as if she was actively being hunted down. Maybe that’s how everyone felt when they first met him. Maybe with someone as imposing as him everyone needed a bit of time to fall in line beside him, to figure out how to act, to figure out how to not feel like prey or maybe Emma was just a soft green thing not meant to survive someone like him.
