Not Quite A Story Book Romance

She doesn’t know what they talked about or if Noah told Cyn that he and Uzi shared half of their classes together. He probably didn’t tell her because Cyn had no questions about that. Whatever they had talked about, Uzi didn’t care honestly. Because she didn’t care about Noah Elliot.

Didn’t care that he was there. Didn’t care that he was storyboarding, something that she had to do when she got home. Didn’t care that each time she was reading or shelving, he seemed to be staring at her. It was all fine, as long as it was just a one time thing. She thought it would be.

But it wasn’t a one time thing. Noah kept showing up. So now Uzi had to spend every shift with the guy sitting at the teen section tables, eyeing her as she talked to his sister.
